In October 2013 Mazarine Energy Tunisia acquired a 45% interest in the Zaafrane Exploration License. The Tunisia National Oil Company ETAP (50% equity) is our major joint venture partner. The work program for the license was compiled and agreed upon in close cooperation with ETAP; Mazarine Energy was confirmed as the Operator of the license.
