Mazarine Energy becomes the titleholder of the nine petroleum concessions, previously owned by OMV Petrom, starting from the 1st of March, after relevant authorities approved the transfer.
This is the second package of fields transferred to Mazarine Energy, the first package consisted of 19 marginal fields and was completed in August 2017.
