Mazarine Energy Romania, a fully owned subsidiary of Mazarine Energy has 28 oil and gas fields located in the Carpathian Foreland Basin and the Moesian Platform (in the Moldova and Muntenia regions).

Moldova Area

Mazarine Energy currently owns 17 oil and gas fields located in the Carpathian Foreland Basin taken over on the 1st of August 2017 and the 1st of March 2019 from OMV Petrom. Since then, 3D seismic has been acquired on the Campeni field that led to a clear improvement in the subsurface understanding.

Muntenia & Moesia Areas

Mazarine Energy currently owns 11 oil and gas fields located in the Moesian Platform, taken over on the 1st of August 2017 from OMV Petrom. 3D seimic has been acquired on the Ileana field that helped identify potential infill wells. A subsequent drilling campaign was launched in December 2018.
