We are proud to announce the publication of our first Sustainability Report. This milestone is the culmination of extensive effort and dedication from our entire team, and it reflects the significant contributions of our people on the ground who uphold responsible operating practices every day.

The report is designed to address the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), demonstrating our commitment to transparency and accountability as we continue to integrate sustainability into our core operations.

Report Highlights:

– Completion of Mazarine’s first double materiality assessment, guided by internal and external subject matter experts

– Progress in decarbonization, including the launch of a photovoltaic (PV) project in Tunisia

– Our commitment to a “Target Zero” incident rate and maintaining a robust safety management systems across our operations in Romania and Tunisia, and zero LTI rate.
